Contributions to Dave Giles For US Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions are limited to $2,900 per individual per election to Dave Giles For Congress. The primary and general elections are separate elections and an individual may contribute a combined total of up to $5,800 to the Dave Giles For US Congress- $2,900 will be designated to the primary election and $2,800 will be designated to the general election.

Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited.

Federal law requires Dave Giles For US Congress to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions exceeds $200 in an election cycle.
